Account Manager (Intern)

Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Account Manager Intern who possess a passion for people and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source job postings from enterprise-level companies, ensuring a diverse range of opportunities.

• Accurately input and manage job listings on our platform.

• Proactively engage with client companies to ensure their experience with KitaLulus is positive and address any concerns or issues promptly.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and promote KitaLulus as the preferred recruitment solution for enterprise clients.

• Provide timely updates and reports on job posting trends, client feedback, and platform performance to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate

• Previous experience or coursework in account management, sales, or customer service is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets, showing a commitment to results-driven performance.

• Strong aptitude for learning and adapting quickly to new tasks and challenges, enabling effective navigation of dynamic work environments.

• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.

• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.

• Willing to work full WFO (in Jakarta Selatan)
