Job: Account Support Coordinator

Job Description:

• Build strong business relationships with merchants by actively engaging with them and listening to their needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that add value to our users, creating a mutually beneficial situation.

• Drive growth and ensure a high ROI by adopting a data-driven approach for estimating ROI and conducting KPI analysis to enhance basket size and customer loyalty.

• Serve as the main point of contact between merchants and internal stakeholders, ensuring service and food quality consistency.

• Resolve merchants concerns and issues promptly through email, phone, or in-person interactions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to optimize the merchant experience.

• Contribute to the creation of frameworks, processes, and tools to manage team performance, ensuring knowledge continuity for better merchant service.

Qualification:

• Minimum education of S1 (any major)

• Freshgraduates are welcome

• Possess high initiative and responsiveness

• Target Oriented and able to work under high pressure

• Going extra miles mindset

• Good communication skill

• Familiar with Google Form and Google Drive. Understand Excel or Google Spreadsheet would be preferred
