Requirement : - S1 Accountancy from a reputable university. - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in accounting system (especially in retail industry). - Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently. - Have a strong initiative and able to work unsupervised. - Problem solver with great analytical skill. - Doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed. - Able to keep confidentiality. - Ability to multitask while delivering the job in a top quality level. Responsibilities : - Perform the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable) - Creating invoice for sales order. - Facilitating the purchase of raw materials and other inventory. Ensuring that all raw materials and bottles for production are always available for efficient production. - Creating and maintaining records of products COGS & operational expenses to maximize profit and ensure high operational efficiency. - Maintaining records of production in terms of quantity and cost. - Updating and maintaining cost, prices and quantity in store’s POS system. - Managing stock records & invoices for consignment shops. - Assisting in preparing the monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports and other financial reports as requested by the management. - Preparing weekly cash flow statements. - Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters, including payroll and employee contract.
