- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 1 years of experience using the Zahir application. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting tandards. - Proficiency in using Zahir software to perform accounting functions such as journal entries, financial statement preparation, and analysis. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and developing accounting staff. - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
