Deskripsi

Qualification: - Maximum 30 years old - Minimum D3 in business administration, management, or a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask. - Having experienced as a personal assistant is a plus Scope of work: - Managing and updating company databases. - Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies. - Maintaining financial, employee, and vendor records. - Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. - Managing the maintenance of office and store facility equipment. - Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed. - Performing other duties as assigned. - Performing procurement process for new project opening store assets/equipments. - Arrange expeditio of assets/gooda for stores if needed - Be a part of the store opening project team and provide training materials for standard store operational procedures.
