Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for managing HR systems including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), conducting benefits administration, creating and implementing training programs, and supporting HR management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

• Experience with Benefits Administration

• Experience in creating and implementing training programs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
