Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Organize and conduct assessment center process for all Business Units of the company - Develop and construct assessment center exercises to match the assessment purposes - Provide individual assessment reports and collaborate with users to prepare individual Development Plan - Monitor the implementation of individual Development Plan in order to meet the development needs of emplovees. - Coordinate with Talent Management & Learning Center to follow up development programs based on the IDP. - Ensure all assessment data are well documented and reported to Superior on regular basis.
