Able to offer guests an enjoyable expertly served beverage experience. Possess the ability to develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients also with preparation. Have the ability to check and re-check the bar before, during, and after the operation. Have the ability to understand the menu and the daily specials as well as what is not available. Able to ensure that all details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
