Essential Duties: - Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant - Providing guests with drink menus and answering their questions regarding ingredients - Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations - Preparing ingredients for shift, washing vegetables, chopping,. pressinging juices etc. - Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) - Prepare beverages following recipes and handling multiple drink orders at one time - Maintain stock of clean mugs and accessories - Communicate guests feedback to managers and recommend new menu items - Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Kualifikasi: - Good communication skills (basic English) - Previous work experience as a Barista - Hands-on experience with brewing equipment - Flexibility to work various shifts - Knowledge of various coffee servings - Ability to work in a team
