- Minimum 2+ years experience at hosptality, beach club and restaurant background. - Able to monitor and update cost estimates for projects. - Expert in reviewing expenses and monitoring budgets - Expert at conducting cost analyses - Ability to collect cost data from suppliers or subcontractors to track material costs - Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses - Prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals - Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects - Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information - Reconcile the company's financial records to help ensure the accuracy of financial statements - Coordinating with other departments such as human resources payroll, accounting and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked
