Brand Marketing (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand-building results.

2. Market Consumer Insight:

• Assist in ongoing market analysis; Briefing agencies and preparation for research

• Closely monitor and analyze business performance, market, and competitor trend

3. Brand Planning and Activities Execution:

• Contribute to creating short & long-term strategies for the brand. Lead execution of strategy towards better products and packaging; ensuring the product and packing experience is always aligned with brand essence.

• Assist in the development of Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans.

• With experience in most aspects of brand management, able to be accountable for delivering the plan to execution flawlessly.

• Drive brand performance evaluation and recommend solutions, initiate activities, and/or collaborate cross-function to achieve planned targets.

4. Innovation & Renovation：

• Assist in new product Idea-2-Launch cycle from concept ideation, packaging design, and promotion planning to activation development.

5. Major project:

• Run mixed campaigns of ATL and BTL, with strengthened social digital aspects, etc.
  

Qualifications:

• Possess expertise in brand management, including product knowledge, media, creativity, and marketing.

• Show experience in successfully branding within your industry.

• Understand industry and consumer needs to plan brand projects and daily communication effectively.

• Work well in teams, execute tasks effectively, and demonstrate professionalism, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Mandarin & Enlish is a must.

• Willing to WFO (Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Utara; Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 WIB)
