Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are currently looking for a Building Maintanance Intern.

Job Description:

Property Maintenance

  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities for the building, mostly electrical.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.

Safety and Security

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of safety and security protocols.

  • Assist in emergency response planning and procedures.

  • Participate in fire drills and safety inspections.

Others

  • Collaborate on sustainability projects, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.

  • Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field). Candidates graduating from technical high school (SMK Teknik) will be prioritized.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  3. Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance.

  4. Able to work from the office from Mon-Fri.
