Business Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

• In-depth understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, distribution channels and consumer behavior

• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modelling

• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth

• Strong networking and organizational skills

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks, including familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Identifying market opportunities through market research and analysis

• Creating business development plans and strategies for the company

• Forecasting sales targets, financial and growth projections

• Establishing clear goals and objectives of the company, include revenue targets, market expansion, and project development

• Understanding the company's products, competitors, and business position in the market

• Collaborating with other divisions to meet market or client needs

• Generating and qualifying a pool of potential leads

• Assisting sales department to get promising new prospective clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients 

• Creating and delivering business proposals for prospective clients

• Producing reports for management
