Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description: - Using existing connections, develop successful partnerships with key accounts / master dealer in the consumer electronics market. - Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g., plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories. - Sales follow-up: Establish effective sales methods, provide follow-up tools, follow up daily, report the achievement of sales goals; ensure that the company’s sales goals at all stages are reached. - Develop trust between partners and the internal team to ensure long-lasting relationships. - Become the communication link between partners and the internal team and resolve issues faced by the partners in a timely manner. - Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements - Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, etc. - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with customers. Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience in the consumer electronics (3C) industry - Understanding the 3C markets, lines and products; Product examples include action cameras, phone accessories, and audio products. - Proven experience in B2B sales - Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/ competrators. - Demonstrate good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills - Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, strong execution, problem-solving-oriented. - Language skills: Native language, Professional English proficiency and Mandarin (plus point)
