Requirements - Minimum Bachelor degree in any field. - Proven experience around 12-15 years working experience as a Channel Management/Product Executive is required for this position. - Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics. - Proficiency in English (written & oral) is a must - Experienced from Retail Gadget, Apparel & F&B industry (mandatory) - Proficient user of MS Excel & Power point is a must. - Sufficient Interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels - Able to work under pressure - Willing to work at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat. Responsibilities - Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store. - Translate product, brand, and corporate strategy into channel strategy - Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales. - Analyze product performance at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target. - Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target. - Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.
