Job Description: - Monitor all learning matters from the arrangement of yearly learning catalog and strategize to maximize​ the efficiency and effectiveness​ - Integrate learning and development with quality of service and performance management, also analyze the​ learning evaluations and prepare the action plans​ - Provide vision and leadership for corporate learning modules for properties and maintain the​ accomplishment of the learning sessions requested by headquarter, corporate and properties​ - Oversee the design, development and implementation of the learning programs​ - Set an impactful learning guideline, also build and maintain mutual relationships with each properties​ leaders and owning company​ - Oversee the collaboration to create the bridge between quality requirements and learning approaches Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, and other relevant major​ - Possess the ability to design and execute training programs​ - Have minimum 5 years experiences in relevant fields, with a track record in successful training programs​ - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English​ - Hold a certificate for professional trainer (CPT)
