Requirement : Female, Max. 30 years old have experience in minimum 2 years in the same position Well Grooming and Good attitude Understand Mom - Baby industry Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. A fast-learner and can work on timeline Experience using Microsoft Office Able to join as soon as possible Willing to work Contract for 3 months (for maternity leave) Job Description : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Make daily report of customer service
