Jobdescription : • Manage and answer online inquiries in marketplace platforms (E.g Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Qoo10 & Etc) • Ensure all response rate metrics are in excellent level • Provide professional, accurate and valid information to end consumer • Deal with customer complaints, provide a solution and offer alternatives solution within Company guideline policy • Follow up and ensure closure of inquiry or issue • Coordinate with the fulfillment team, key account manager, brands, and other related parties
