Job Description Data Entry Handling daily sales order administration and ensure accuracy Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents Communicate with relevant parties and clarify any doubts regarding the source documents Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, and resolve any discrepancies Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Fresh graduate able to apply Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy Experience & Exposure in data entry Skills through Excel, SAP basic knowledge will be expected and will be a distinct advantage Good communication in English Excellent time management skills
