Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Bachelor's degree in all major - Minimum 1 year experience in Operational Staff (experience in the financial industry is preferred) - Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts and problem solving techniques - Experience to developing procedural in operation (Service Excellence, etc) - Good understanding root cause analysis method - Good communication, reporting, and presenting skill (verbal & written) - Willing to work business trip - Willing to work at Head Office East Jakarta.
