Device Service Specialist

- Age 20 - 35 yo - Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Electrical Engineer - 2 years’ experience in consumer ( electronics/Gadget ) maintenance and repair management, such as Mobile phone, wearing, tablet, and PC - Fluent in English - Own the ability to build and keep a good relationships with service center and customer carrier - Responsible for knowledge and technical training, for all staff in service center also service related; - Responsible for service store management to improve customer experience and match target as requested - Responsible for handling customer complaints, cooperating with internal resources for solving - Responsible for the voice of consumer analysis, collecting the valuable information, and cooperating internal team for improvement; - Shop business trip is necessary
