E-commerce Manager

1.      Requirements

·Passionate in the fashion world, especially sandal products.

·Candidate must process at least a Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in any field

·Have a minimum of 1-3 years experience as an e-commerce in the retail industry, preferably in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle

·Good Communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

·Able to work with Microsoft Office

·Fluent in English both written and oral

2.      Jobdesk

·Have technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, websites, applications, and digital advertising

·Well-known e-commerce business process from customer orders, and shipping, to customer refunds with excellent customer service.

·Manage and maintain product pages and the inventory.

·Develop and launch the company's e-commerce business strategy and manage annual ad budgets and sales forecasts

.Undertake regular progress monitoring, and commerce market analysis, and develop appropriate corrective action plans for retention and new customers
