Engineering Head Solar Panel

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor's degree from Electrical or any background that equivalent with core business activities.

• About more than 10 years of experiences in related field with min. Dept head level - Manager Level. Preferably from Engineer & renewable and energy technology (Solar PV business).

• Familiar with Process Business of Solar PV business

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, PVSyst,Helioscope,CAD, Digsilent,ETAP,Ms. Project).

• Systematic thinking, good leadership and Leader skill.

• Good communication in both written & spoken English.

• Have knowledge regarding Solar PV material

• Have experience control and manage Solar PV construction

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all aspect of engineering planning, design and process meet user’s, project and business unit requirement.

• Ensure engineering development for company sustainability, profitability and growth.

• Ensure the optimum benefit to overall business of company in terms of quality, quantity, time and cost.

• Ensure all engineering activities and projectexecution runs properly as plan and target.

• Ensure the optimum benefit to overall business of company in terms of quality, quantity, time and cost.

• Ensure smooth project/ operation execution executed as plan.
