Requirements : - Fluency in English, Korean and Indonesian. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in above languages. - Experience in administrative support or office management. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. - Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus. - Have ability and interest in work related to calculation and accuracy. Job Detail : - Mainly will handle 4 Korean Needs (Personal Assistance, handle travelling, handle appointments). Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager. - Assisting with daily operations, including managing paperwork, customer service, and assisting senior management. - Expected to translate documents from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa, and act as a liaison between Korean and Indonesian executives.
