Face to Face Fundraiser

A. Performance • Minimum of one valid signup per day averaged and evaluated on a weekly basis. • 120 (One hundred twenty) hours per month on the field, or six hours per day recruiting members in the assigned site • 40 (Forty) hours per month in the office to attend training programs/meetings or to process sign up forms offline. • Achieve performance within 3 (three) consecutive months. • Approach members of the public to build a rapport • Understand and correctly completing supporter financial information necessary for contributions B. Personal Development • Constant personal development of approach and skills on the job • Promoting a good image of the organization and of our fundraising program • Attend weekly trainings and role play sessions • Listen to and incorporate advice for your performance of Team leader, Trainer, and DDC Co C. Organizational Stewardship – SOP • Protect the information and identity of Greenpeace supporters by turning in all forms every day
