Requirements:

• Minimum over 2 years experience in Chef De Partie Hot Kitchen

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of western and asian fusion

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in the food and beverage industry

• Excellent communication, know how and has the ability to share, explain his/her product concept and idea.

• Able to visualize and deliver his/her project within the timeline

• Placement in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibility:

• Developing new innovative product concepts and ideas based on market trend research and consumer insights.

• Testing and evaluating products to ensure they meet quality, taste, and performance standards.

• Managing budgets and ensuring that the product are completed on time and within budget range
