Field - Account Manager

Requirements:

• Min 1 year field area experience

• Has experience and good connection with mom's UMKM communities, reseller communities, and similar

• Previous social media, online and offline strategy development and management experience

• Basic understanding of data analytics for community engagement assessment

• Demonstrated expertise in community building

• Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role

Job Desc:

• Organizing plans and development strategies for the area.

• Preparing visit plans every Monday and sending them to the leader.

• Conducting a minimum of 2 daily visits to Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) communities/UMKM

• Sending daily visit reports to the leader.

• Preparing weekly visit report summaries, sent every Thursday based on the visit plan.

• Opening access to communities with a minimum of 20 members.

• Establishing cooperation or partnerships with a minimum period of 3 months.

• Ensuring prospective community participants meet specific criteria; Business Owners, as many as possible.

• Building relationships and partnerships with government programs, banking business incubation programs, universities, and other related institutions.

• Collaborating in developing necessary training formats for the community.

• Maintaining mutually beneficial communication with various parties.
