Field Support Coordinator - surabaya

About the team: The East Java Region team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. We make an impact by driving to all business units of GrabCar and GrabBike. We are responsible in developing and driving the right strategy to win the market and shape the ideal supply demand equilibrium while building sustainable business model.

About the Assignment: We are looking for a Field Support Coordinator City Operation to lead the business and operations in Gresik and Lamongan area. We believe a successful candidate has several key skills such as : communication, negotiation, leadership, and complex problem solving.

The Core Objectives: 1. Responsible to lead the city operations especially do any activities related to Driver supply and engagement including but not limited to Driver acquisition, and Drivers engagement meeting. 2. Collaborate initiatives and maintain good relationship with external and internal stakeholders to grow business in Gresik and Lamongan area. 3. Accountable to understand the market and competition dynamics, agile on facing the competitive landscape and driving a viable business 4. Responsible for leading team, setting priorities, and goals to achieve company OKR. 5. Accountable to accept challenging assignments, help leaders make tough decisions and overcome obstacles to deliver results.

Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in communications, or business major. 2. Have strong communication skill and ability to adjust and guide discussions with Grab Drivers also maintain good relationship with them. 3. Have good leadership skills and ability to connect with people across teams. 4. Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet. 5. Able to work in a fast-paced situation and target oriented. 6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant work such as Community Engagement or Community Field Supervisor. 7. Gresik based.
