Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring high-quality service and dining experience for guests

• Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards

• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure efficient operations

• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, taking disciplinary actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• High level of integrity, loyalty, and honesty

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management or supervision

• Proficient in using restaurant management software and systems.
