Temasek Independent School (TIS) was founded in 2006 by local Indonesians who were concerned about the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim was to build a school that was rooted in Indonesia, but which has international standards and reach.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Teacher at Temasek Independent School in Bandung. The High School Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining effective communication with students and parents, and contributing to the overall academic environment of the school. The teacher will also be involved in extracurricular activities and student support programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development

• Excellent teaching skills and ability to engage students

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for education and student success

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• Experience in Cambridge and/or Pearson curriculum is a plus

• Speak English moderately fluently (B1 Level)
