Graduate Development Program

AMARTEK’s IT Graduate Development Program are professional development to create IT professional who posses balance accurate character and competencies, aspire to work in a quickly changing and challenging IT industry. Trained with dedicated syllabus and curriculums with performance measurement by dedicated expertise trainer, project simulation session with multi-tests and team presentation session.

In one month duration, compulsory and basic utilization learned and explored about developer (app/data), tester & documentation. Optionally provides Trainees who have completed the Bootcamp the experience to involve in a real project team. Give Trainees to develop and complete a project within a predetermined budget and period with quality following specified specifications.

This 2 years program offers the opportunity to broaden critical skills, receive mentoring from senior managers and expand your knowledge of our global businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related IT field.

• Have basic experience in programming applications.

• Has conceptual knowledge in database and programming language skills.

• Ability to learn new programming languages and solve complex problems.

• Able to develop and interest on a variety of software development projects and clearly express them.

• Ability to follow instructions, good planning, and work in a team environment.
