Daze Delacour – Growth Marketing Full-Time

Work Description: - Execute research and create analysis of beauty and perfume trends, as well as the brand’s competitors - Create and execute ideas of marketing campaigns strategy

- Develop a proper strategic plan for the brand’s journey and growth - Manage brand’s e-commerce platforms (Instagram, Shopee, TikTok, Blibli etc.) - Ensure brand’s growth in terms of market placement and sales

- Implement marketing plans towards social media content - Brief and assist social media team in short copywriting

- Find the right brands and KOL to work with and arrange collaborations - Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty industry’s trends

- Maintain good relationship with brand’s stockists (stores)

Working Hours: Remotely Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00

Requirements: - Degree in marketing, advertising, international business management or similar - Prior experiences in developing and executing marketing campaigns preferably in beauty and fashion industry - A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism (consumer behaviour, marketing, B2C industries) and the brand Daze Delacour itself - Fluent in English - Preferably experienced in graphic design
