Kualifikasi: - High school diploma are welcome - Bachelor degree in business administration or hospitality is an advantageous - Proven experience working as a Guest Service Agent in the hospitality industry minimum 2 years in the same position - Able to work in fast-paced environment - Strong management skills - Excellent organizational skills - Effective communication skills - Exceptional customer service and upselling skills - Communicate well in English both spoken and written - Willing to work hard and able to work in shift and public holiday
