ICT Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology/English/Science

• Excellent standard of English

• Having experience minimum 1 years in teaching

• Excellent Communication skill, positive and caring approach

• Energetic and passion for teaching and learning

• Is able to work in team and also independently

• Is passionate in helping all students to learn

• Experience in supervisory position is an advantage

Job Description:

• Oversees the work of the IT department and guides them to provide quality support and service to the school

• Is hardworking and motivates the team

• Willing to explore and learn new knowledge and skills

• Will oversee the creation of the school’s schemes of work to provide appropriate teaching and learning for the timetabled classes

• Produce differentiated tasks for able children and those who might require further support

• Develop the children’s learning in all aspects of the curriculum through Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and Interdisciplinary Project Work (IPW)

• Maintain high expectations of discipline and report any issues to the Primary Deans

• Creating a dynamic and welcoming learning environment in the ICT room

• Work with the Primary Deans or Principal and follow direction over curriculum matters

• Liaise with the other fellow teachers for Additional Support over issues of concern

• Writing term reports on the children’s progress

• Attend after-school staff meetings, as required

• Participate in the school’s system of extra-curricular activities

• Any other reasonable task required by the Deans or Principal
