Head IT Core Charging Support System

- Manage development of systems and application over multiple platforms related to IT Core BSS support (non – core) application development design (MCCM, SDP, IDEX Pro, etc exclude PCRF/UPCC - Provide advice on the development impact on the business as consequence of requirements given by the business, which includes systems cap and delivery time - Manage of orchestration of platform automation development and execute proof of concept of the capabilities following the dynamic change of internal and external environment - Undertake continuous actions to increase efficiency (e.g. build automation, business process simplification) - Ensure requirement are delivered within time - Manage system configurations and implement into production meeting requirements, on time and with acceptable quality - Support resolution of incidents/problems through high level problem / incident handling where developments of launched systems / applications is required - Manage budget both Capex and Opex in IT BSS Support system Area
