REQUIREMENTS - Respectful, trustworthy, professional, emotionally mature, and act with integrity. - Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, and change management - Bachelors/Master's Degree in any major, preferably from an accredited institution. - Minimum has 10 years of working experience in Organization & Talent, especialy in organization design, job grading, workload analysis, competency matrix, performance management, talent management, and succession planning - Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strategize and lead implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business, from organizational design and talent management perspective. - Design and lead change management involving reorganizations, competency matrix, corporate culture activation, succession planning, talent movement, etc. as needed. - Analyze, create, and execute organizational effectiveness and balancing strategy.
