- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or any related field - 2-4 years of proven experience in human resources, preferably in any creative industry - Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Domicile in BALI - Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Strong computer skills and familiarity with HR information systems or HR software tools are preferred - Experience in building and developing Employer Branding is preferred - Engish proficiency (reading/writing/listening/speaking) - Curiosity and willingness to learn about creative studios job specifications and the latest HR trends and research
