Description: -Designing and overseeing the company’s hiring. -Managing sourcing and interviewing processes. -Implementing new sourcing methods. -Coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs -Participating in job fairs, career events, showcases, exhibitions & etc. -Keeping track on the recruitment metrics. -Maintaining and building relationships with college and universities. -Arranging studio visits with colleges and universities. -Updating and compiling Job Descriptions. -Researching into competitors and market place. -Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
