Requirements: 1. Male/Female with age max. 30 years old; 2. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, and/or Law is preferred; 3. Good communication, detailed, thorough and strong analytical skills; 4. Have different ways of finding the right candidates/talent; 5. Can work independently and in a team; 6. Strong in administration & used to making weekly reports; 7. Ready to work under pressure; 8. Preferably if you live in North Jakarta or West Jakarta; 9. Can carry out employee evaluations; 10. Can find a solution to a problem; 11. Actively carry out Talent Screening according to the Company's needs; 12. Involve and understand the end-to-end recruitment process; 13. Create a Weekly Report & be involved in all HR Department activities.
