HRD Staff

Qualifications :

24 – 30 years old

Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or Psychology or Law.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -

Fluent in Mandarin (reading, speaking, listening, writing)

Coordinate and doing the hiring process (end-to-end) all level, employee contract, regulations, KPI, Performance Appraisal, create job description, compensation & benefit (payroll)

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, psychological test including scoring, coaching

Strong at Leadership, good communication skill, time management

Applicants must be willing work in Surabaya

Job description :

- Responsible for company correspondence

- Dingtalk Administration (Maintenance and Manage Dingtalk system)

- Registration and deactivation of BPJS employees

- Payment of office/warehouse Land and Building Tax (PBB).

- Calculating salary, PPH, and incentives (compensation &benefit)

- Make and extend work
