- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. - At least 1 years projects experience in HRIS system management in similar companies and industries. - Good understanding of the HRIS market in Indonesia and system vendors. - Strong knowledge of HRIS technology and deep understanding of HR concepts. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of data analysis concepts. - English proficiency level can be a working language. - Effective communication and training skills. - Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in software development and programming is a plus.
