Develop and finalize marketing and campaign concepts for digital ecosystem in BSD and other strategic areas. Identify and address partner needs in carrying out marketing campaigns and formulate communication strategies to attract target audiences. Drive liaison with existing and potential vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders in marketing pipeline. Conduct annual marketing budget plan Assist and support other departments in the business unit Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Public Relations. Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing events, marketing campaigns, and mass communication. Computer literacy (Ms. Office 365, Adobe Creatives & Canva). Writing skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English). Able to work in fast pace working environment. Able to multi-task and adapt to new job roles. Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a structured and clear manner. Strong acumen in team collaboration, both internally and cross-functional. Familiar with social media and social media management tools. Able to work in agile working environment. Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
