- Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role - Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration - In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows, Linux, and macOS) - Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals - Professional Certification Fortinet NSE/CCNA/MTCNA is a plus - Familiar setup and configuration of Network devices such as firewall, switch, router, IP phones, wireless controller, access points using Fortinet, Unifi, and Mikrotik - Familiar setup and configuration Active Directory, and network-attached storage (NAS) - Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures - Willing to work in shifts and ability to cover after-office hours support if there are any issues - Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment - Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions - Good Attitude, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of basic SQL is a plus
