· Certified Professional in training management is a plus. 

· Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies. 

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

· Passion for teaching and public speaking. 

· Strong teamwork abilities. 

· In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol. 

· Friendly and approachable.
