Junior Wedding Sales

Junior Wedding Sales will be responsible for:

• Organizing Sales Tour: contacting clients, vendors & organizing sales tours.

• Expertise in event knowledge as we will be collaborating with various venues & vendors

• Managing of all aspects as onsite sales division 

Job Description:

1. Sales & Venue Tours: Organizing Sales Tour, accompany clients for tours of wedding venues, highlighting key features, amenities, and options available for customization.

2. Sales Representative: Perform as representative for Bali Love and other venues.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the onsite sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

4. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Must be Denpasar, Bali based.

• Must be able to speak & write in English properly

• Fresh graduates are welcome!

• Will have an advantage with at least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry, but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and CRM software.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments and events.
