Responsibilities: Create and plan campaign strategy, while preparing detailed campaign packages Conceptualize and manage marketing strategy or events involving influencers, KOLs Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, talent management and third-party agencies Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinating for requirements, timeline, and deliverables Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance Plan and Report Budget, ROI, Timeline, & Result. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field Minimum 1 year Sales experience in marketing and campaign planning Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign ideas Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices Knowledge of influencers
