Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :

  • Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with 50 -100 Creator in social media platforms TikTok

  • Increase Creator affiliate number

  • Build long-term relationships with valuable Creator

  • Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning

  • Create brief based on content plan and strategy

  • Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data

  • Monitor and optimize each Creator performance, make sure campaign target is met

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related major, Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply

  • Having at least 1 years experience as a Creator Manager/ KOL Specialist or any relevant

  • Have a strong communication, fast response, negotiating skills, problem solving

  • Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments

  • Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing executions

  • Honest and Warm - personable personality

  • Experience handling TikTok influencer affiliates is a plus
