MakerSpace Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate makerspace teacher to join our team. As a makerspace teacher, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging workshops, classes, and projects that encourage exploration, experimentation, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• D3 or bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, and informatics) or equivalent.

• Proficiency with a variety of maker tools and technologies, including but not limited to Arduino/Raspberry Pi, and hand/power tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.

• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning.

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

• Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, etc.) power tools (drills, sanders, etc.)

• Proficiency in metal cutting, shaping and joining (welding, soldering, brazing).

• Able to tinker with stuff and innovate.

• Creating and implementing workshop.
