Responsibilities :

• Establishing objectives, business models & marketing strategies for the e-Commerce division;

• Developing, implementing & continually improving the e-Commerce strategy to drive growth across digital platforms;

• Constant development and improvement of ecommerce aesthetic to ensure maximal customer engagement;

• Optimizing's customer journey and improving conversion rates. Own, track and adapt customer journey to reduce customer bounce rate and keeping a coherent passage from landing through to purchase;

• Working cross functionally, updating senior management of ecommerce developments and performance;

• Manage the product and launch of new website and/ platform, Driving ecommerce sales performance. Ability to understand customer;

• Willing to WFO in West Jakarta.

Requirements :

• Maximum 35, 3 year experience in the business of e-commerce/commodities;

• Have experience 3+ years (1 years lead team e-commerce is a plus point) handle E-commerce channel;

• Overall, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and direct channel sales;

• Extensive experience as an e-commerce lead;

• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies;

• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce;

• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills;

• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities;
