- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy - Evaluate and monitor offline campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports - Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing activities such as billboard ads, car branding, and videotron - Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and buying habits in order to create new products or improve existing offerings - Develop and manage all internal communication systems and Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the marketing department - Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues. - Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management. - Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness - Collecting customer feedback about existing products and services - Continually develop new skills and expertise in communication and media planning Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content. Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
